Guest guest
Namaste Cyraji, Sincere thanks for your kindly words, bless you. You too, are a joy to chat with although I wish there is more I can do to assist you as I haven't forgotten the stuff you'd been going through. You are a very brave woman.. The only small way I can help is by constantly sending prayers and good wishes, and wishing for the best in life for you. The rest is God's will. Although mostly it is a matter of personal preference whether one wishes to wear personalised malas all the time, in your case I cannot help but encourage you to wear it at all times during the day and at night to bed i.e. 24 hours, for 40 to 90 days to achieve appropriate effects. At least that is what I did myself and still do, wearing different combinations according to circumstances. Sincerely it has worked for me so I can only relate what I have seen with my own eyes and through personal journeys of wearing malas. Of course you must go with your intuition and level of comfort or discomfort when wearing the mala. Fully understand your wish to wear it to bed at night and yes it does make us feel safe, calm and protected. If you find your beads too chunky for daytime wear, it is possible to shorten it mala and make it into a choker. Alternatively, it can also be lengthened to reach the chest or solar plexus region so the beads are concealed under clothing and yet against your skin. Please allow me the liberty of mentioning that in your case, the beads against your Solar Plexus region is the best location for maximising effects due to your particular situation. Please know that I am saying this with a lot of love for a sister across the oceans whom I would love to see rise up against the flow with every success. If you can describe the material your beads are strung with, perhaps I can offer some suggestions as to how to shorten or lengthen the mala. Keep your chin up always! Wishing you many blessings Om Namah Shivaya Simone , Cyra Kanga <crkanga> wrote: > Namaste Syji, > I knew if I could count on anyone's advice it would be > yours. > You are a joy to correspond with and bring a lot of > happiness into many lives.
