Guest guest
Namaste Simone: I do still have so much to learn about my useage of beads. My cat's eye mala is more of a golden brown, with a burnt orange tassel. I use that for my Reiki prayer. I got the book with my rudraksha beads but it is written in another language, of which I have no understanding. I need english translation. What I do have in english speaks of cow dung and urine. I am afraid I do not own a cow, currently. I love my Reiki room, it brings me so much peace when I enter. Yes, rudraksha is known to help many shift awareness, facilitate inner changes and for others, have the potential to remove problems with the use of mantras that are associated with each faceted bead. Each respective rudraksha represents a deity and has planetary associations according to the ancient Jyotish system. Just a matter of interest: Although 10 mukhi and 11 mukhi rudraksha do not represent any planet, they are useful in pacifying all 9 planets. 10 mukhi represents Lord Vishnu the Preserver and 11 mukhi represents Lord Hanuman whose mace controls 8 planets and his tail controls Saturn. It lovely hearing about your necklace of a total of 54 beads and the 108 Cats Eye mala. Just curiosity, what colour is the cat's eye? Greyish-green or yellow-golden? May you have many wonderful adventures as your traverse along the path of rudraksha and ratna! Om Namah Shivaya Simone
