Dear Loving Sinonji

Thanks for healing words & love. I will sure try the suggestion. I was told by a

healer that wounds from past life has come up & giving me the memries back. I

let go evrything & evrryone from my past births to liberate my self realisation.

But on your suggestion I will put sincere efferts. Many many loving regards &

unconditional Love...

Namaste again Ashokji,

So sorry to hear about aches in the knee and tail bone.

This is a humble suggestion only. Not sure if this will give you

relief but worth a try if you wish:

Rub the knee and back with ointment for pain. Arrange two strands

of rudraksha japa malas on the armchair or bed. Sit or lay on the

beads; meditate or watch tv, etc. Remember to get up and move a bit

sometimes. Relax the body and muscles.

Use another strand of japa mala to put on the knee again in a

circle. Use a soft cotton cloth to wrap or tie the mala in place on

the spot that aches. This can be used at night too. The rudraksha

emit warmth to the painful parts especially during windy, drafty or

cooler days. The gentle pressure they have against the skin with

electromagnetic properties can help relieve some pain and

discomfort.

When used for massage on troubled spots, the beads sometimes help

disperse the pain too. In winter I also use them for rubbing cold

legs and feet for improving blood circulation. Found them very good

while traveling on airplanes for long hours when there is limited

room for stretching the legs. Although this has not been tested as

yet, this may be a good prevention for deep vein thrombosis in

susceptible people.

If you have time, please test the above methods and if successful,

please let us know.. If your pain is severe to the point of making

you feel debilitated, it is important to see a doctor or pain

management specialist. Above all, please remember to look after

yourself at all times!! Don't work too hard Ashokji.. Hope the pain

goes away soon and never returns..... Take very good care of

yourself.

Om Namah Shivaya
