40 Days

I haven't heard of that, and did not have that experience. In my experience, the

benefits simply grew. slowly, over the 40 days. It is said that after the 40

days,

benefits continue to grow, quickly, through 90 days.

 

The only discomfort I felt was some initial heat, in my throat chakra. This went

away

after a few days.

 

Some people do have "epiphanies," but most report it to be pleasant.
