Again, as far as I know, the ones you see on the Rudra Centre w/s are made inclusive of the 16 sanskaras performed. Other than this, I don't know any further info. You may have to enquire with Mrs. Neeta at rudracentre Personally I use some beads daily, wore a ring for a certain sadhana months ago and also have a parad mala that is worn everyday throughout this particular Hot and Humid Ozzie summer for certain reasons. Perhaps its my imagination, I'm not sure but I do know that my energy levels are much better and I no longer pick up and retain energies from others. With persons who are able to tap energies to feed their own, parad is like a body-shield or auric-shield that prevents prana from being drained completely by one person but rather preserves healthy portions enough to share all round with others throughout the day in the sort of life that requires working 7 days a week. It's protecting very much the subtle body and give a lot of energy. It makes the wearer more inward, more self-referral. I have one from Petri Murien long ago. Could we may dip on milk the mercury for few minutes and drink the milk the one from Rudra centre ? It's a very powerful rasayana then the mercury is very pure free from all toxicity. However, as a health professional, I would not recommend that any item crafted of mercury for external use -- such as a mala, be dipped into any food for ingestion. I am aware of homeopathic mercury, which is beneficial and harmless. I am also aware that there are ayurvedic medications called "rasa oushada" that contain a specially prepared sulphides of mercury.
