Guest guest
Namaskar Vipinji, Please keep continuing the process and also continue taking H.B. pressure medications from your doctor. Rudraksha used in this manner is an alternative remedy to help relieve stress and control cholesterol and H.B. pressure. Between 60 to 90 days, visit the doctor every now and then for a check up to see the H.P. results, whether its high or low. Like how rudraksha takes time to work when we wear them, they also take time to work inside the system. There are many causes for H.B. pressure and it can also be a genetic condition. Like yourself, I have H.B. pressure. I'm continuing to test the effects of rudraksha regarding this condition and also other ailments such as arthritis, backache, etc. during therapy sessions. Later when the duration of case studies are completed (this takes a long time), shall post the findings here. The beads can be replaced each 3 months if you wish. You can dry the old ones and keep them for other uses. Of course you are Not "eating" or "drinking" into my time Ask anything you want and I shall try my best to respond.
