Thanks dear learned friends for all your input.

I think I can conclude that a lot of people do think

that this is nature's act and nature's way of getting

risd of something no longer required. I feel anything

to do with nature is directly related to God and

therefore cannot be impure. The Western religions of

Christianity and Judaism certainly allow all to enter

a church. However this is a difficult decision. Many

like me do not like to challenge what our mothers and

grandmothers did whether right or wrong and many like

to question age old customs. It's one of those things

that is best left to an individual's judgement.
