... please try to keep the discussion upbeat, and free of contention.

 

There are many traditions, and some differences in interpretations of the sacred

texts. If there IS one true way, we will not know which it is, until we have

evolved

above this level of existence. Meanwhile different people and diferent

traditions will

espouse different viewpoints.

 

Meanwhile, we have a higher purpose to pursue-- to evolve ourselves

individually,

and by extension, to evolve the universe to the greatest degree possible under

the

difficult conditions imposed by the kaliyuga. I know that everyone on this list

is

mindful of that goal, or would not be participating herein.

 

I thus ask that we all treat eachother with the love and respect we are due as

children

of the Heavenly Parents.

 

And, before any personal attack, or open quarrel takes place, I also remind you

that

such will not be tolerated, in the interests of the community.
