Guest guest
Dear Respected Richardji MahaDev My Friend and thank you for the opportunity to work with you on your project. This would be Great Fun We need to refer this message to Mrs Neeta at Rudra Center Home Office in Mumbai as she has all the rights to our new Rudraksa and Ratna Book that we just finished writing and the Rudraksa Therapy Book. She also has the computer skills to work with you in transfering pictures that Rudra Center has in the archives at Home Office The additional Book to work with would be the Subas Rai Book that is Rudraksa Values and Merits that is on the book webpage of our website Although there are a few mistakes in his book the major part of his scientific work is immense One example is the incorrect picture for plate I on page 69 of this book Page 68 refers to the many Mukhi Beads up to 14 Mukhi on plate I of page 69 and the picture actually shows many carved Rudraksa from what was called Betel Nut when I was in India......then shows other items that were tested like the Bhadraksha......so am thinking this must have been the picture of the test Beads that was placed here in book instead of the authentic Rudraksa that were tested for his studies Yes it would be a lot of fun to do this To start this please feel free to go ahead and use the article Rudraksha for Health and Self Empowerment that is on your website at this time Thanks and Take Care DharmaDev In a message dated 2/26/2004 2:12:59 PM Pacific Standard Time, rsbj66 writes: > > > Dear Sri DharmaDevji and friends, > > Namaskaromi-aham! Guest guest
Dear Sri DharmaDevji and friends, Namaskaromi-aham! Om svasti astu. According to the PGA (Planetary Gemologists Association) at http://www.p-g-a.org the definition of a "gem" is...GEM: A *natural* pearl, coral, shell, seed, tooth or mineral that is valued for its rarity, durability, portability, beauty, perfection or astrological metaphysical influence. Therefore Rudraksas are a gem ruled by various aspects of Shankar Mahadev, A Salagram Shila stone is a gem ruled by Sri Vishnu, A Lakshmi Shank (right-side open Conch) is a gem ruled by Mahalakshmidevi, A ruby is a gem ruled by Surya (Sun), a "natural" pearl is a gem ruled by Moon or Chandradeva, etc., etc. For some time I have been preparing a new book on Planetary Gemology that includes ALL the "gems" e.g., Govadhan Shila, Kailash Shila, Rudraksha, Sri Navaratna, and other sacred items, such as a "sky pearl" (example found in the PashuPatiNathji Mandira in Nepal), and as many other sacred Vedic items we can uncover, including ALL the Rudrakshas, Nagamani, etc. NOTE: A "Sri Murti" in a Hindu temple, although it is ruled by a Deity and sacred, still it is not counted as a gem because a "gem" must occur "Naturally" The only Shiva Linga stones that could be gems are the natural stones, not carved ones. The planned name of this book is "SACRED GEMOLOGY" and I just need a collaborator to take up certain aspects of its research and writing. It will be big-size, full color and hard bound coffee-table style book. My question to Sri DharmaDevji is, will you kindly help me with this book? We put our heads together and pool info and graphics. I can collate and layout the book as I'm expert in Page Maker & Photoshop. But we need exhaustive pictures and information of as many SACRED GEMS as we can know about in Vedic culture. What do you say, dear Sri DharmaDev ji? How about a partnership book? Warm regards to You and all readers. Sukriya! Richard Shaw Brown http://www.agt-gems.com ______________________ Messenger - Communicate instantly..."Ping" your friends today! Guest guest
Dear Richard, I was very interested in reading about your new book. Did you get my past e-mail? If there is anything that I can do to help with the book I'd be delighted. I am going to India soon and would be delighted to meet you sir. Please could you suggest a suitable gem (if not too expensive ) for me. My birth day is 18th April 1958. Time around 8.00a.m in the morning. Place: London England. These days I am undergoing the most traumatic time of my life. My husband of 20 years has left me suddenly (since last August). Is very bitter about me and has so many false and negative thoughts about me. Could you help with the suggestion of a suitable stone (gem)? I am told Saturn is averse for me these dauys and will remain so till Sept/Oct of this year. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Cyra Kanga --- Richard Shaw-Brown <rsbj66 wrote: > Dear Sri DharmaDevji and friends, > > Namaskaromi-aham! Om svasti astu.
