I am listening to Shiv Aradhana on a CD.....it is so soothing and relaxing

particularly on Shiv Ratri.

All we need is the Peace of Mind and all else follows.

 

Lets all pray to Lord Shiva to make all of us more aware of His Presence and

Bless all of us with the Etnernal Peace in all forms.

 

Om Hreem Namah Shivaye, Shivaye Namah Om.

I Wonder why All over today is a MahaShivratri?

It is tomorrow On 19th Feb 2004.

Indian Panchang shows it today as "Pradosh

Mahashivratri" However all Vaishnava calendars in the

world including Indian shows that tomorrow (19th) is a

MahaShivratri.

 

It is a 14 days of dark fortnight. But today is a

thirteenth day....

 

MahaShivratri always comes on the fourteenth day of

the dark fortnight of the month of Phalguna

(February-March)

 

Can anyone explain?
