Guest guest
Namaste Rohini, Which one do you have, the Right-Handed Conch or Left one? The mouth of the Right conch is usually open and can be blown. Start by doing it gently, not blowing hard into it. Practice makes perfect; maybe you can begin by just placing the tip of the conch at a corner of your mouth, then experiment with the centre of the lips, then the left side and see how you go. Other learned friends may have different ideas and studied different systems but I've never attempted to blow into a Left-hand conch nor open its mouth as I use this for worship only.
