Please take good care of yourself. It was very kind of you to perform Puja for your friend. This in turn will add good merits to the Akashic Records Your recent condition after 2 to 3 days of the Puja would have nothing to do with the Puja itself. It would not be a result of performing Puja. Please look around you and within you, the answer will come. Your energy is not lost, only its not available for the moment. It will return. Please be patient and ride through the next few days. As we have spoken before about other matters such as 7 mukhi rudraksha, I have every confidence in you.
