Mantra can also be used as 'speech therapy' too. One step at a time, then gradually do it twice a day, then three times. Please remember to proceed slowly and gradually. Do not be hasty. Take your time and don't force yourself. It has to take place naturally, accordingly with your inner and physical resources, Ommmmm.
