Devi made Lord Kubera the Guardian of Wealth and Food Grains

 

Lord Kubera is the trustee of Wealth and Food Grains whereas Creation of

Wealth and Bestowal belongs to the Goddess MahaLakshmi

 

Lord Kubera is one of the Cardinal Angels of the Four Directions and rules

over the North while the other Directions are ruled over by Lord Indra Lord

Varuna and Lord Yama

 

According to legend Lord Balaji borrowed a great sum for his marriage from

Lord Kubera and in the legends it is said he is still paying Lord Kubera only

the interest and the principal remains unpaid to this day

 

The relationship between the 7 Mukhi Goddess MahaLakshmi Rudraksa and the 21
