Guest guest
The blood typing is one theory. I should not be Veg because I am O, but have been for over 20 years, lacto veg. Nothing from eggs up. Only some dairy, though I had been Vegan for almost 5 yrs as well. Protein is not an issue as far as I am concerned. Soaked nuts and seeds, hemp seed protein, whey, lentils, cheese and yogurt, etc. - Baines, Lada AVED:EX '' Friday, December 12, 2003 4:35 PM RE: RBSC : regarding alcohol and meat consumption, for Lada too Elizabeth, it is quitting time, but i must respond........everything you say makes sense to me........being vegetarian has to do with different blood types as well............I haven't started yet, will keep you up-dated. my question is mainly, say if I ate fish for lunch, and then when I go home, do I still do pooja/sadha............I don't think that Hindus do this............not sure....but God is also, with us when we are eating meating......and cooking it..............they don't leave us and come back when we are not eating meat...... By the way, i mailed you the laddoos.......did you ever receive them or the US customs is still holding them.. Much Love. Lada

Guest guest
Most important is the morning. I find if the blood sugar is not balanced then, you crash by mid morning. Eating carbs only makes it worse and people generally mask this with coffee, etc. I use only a small amount of carbs and 36 to 48 grams of protein from Whey (2 scoops). I only use a Bovine Growth Hormone free Whey. Eventually I will be doing my own as I have all the contacts. Just not enough time to do everything but slowly, slowly it happens. If you like, I'll email you Surya's Super Shake recipe. Algae/Grass Greens Powder is also an absolute must and helps balance the blood sugar as well, anytime actually. Chromium is also very important. I favor GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor)Chromium Polynicotinate over picolinate, and actually use a formula that is a mix of 3 types. Same company that makes Emergen C, the best form of Vitamin C since it is multi ascorbated, buffered and non acidic. Well this is a little off topic for this forum. I hope this helps you.
