Have you tried vitamin supplements such as calcium, iron, starflower

oil, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, etc. etc. ? These may help. Best to

consult nutritionist - they have this pyramid-type food advice info

they should provide after assessing your condition. Do you also

experience fatigue?

Beloved brother; Point taken. But no implication of unpleasantness

was detected in Arjuna's message. He was merely sharing his

experiences and giving examples of those for which some of us here

might appreciate as well. You are right: We should all observe the

courtesy towards our siblings in God like you have wonderfully

demonstrated for which we are also grateful.

Dear

There is no prohibition on any kind of food in the Hindu philosophy. It is

definately virtueous to spare the animal kingdom.

Each food type is recommended for the kind of Varna that you come from and is

also very closely linked to the philosophy of detachment if you have achieved a

state of complete detachment from the state of the Panch Maha Bhoots then you

are over them their qualities do not affect you.

Q on Lord Rama and Lord Shiva, obviously both these energies were over the state

so for them there is no Karma attached deer and tiger skins are one of the

essentials in specific sadhanas .have a significance for sadhakas this i can not

disscuss here..

Every food has an energy[prana] to it and certain energies are contrary to

certain lifestyles.Red meats prana is prohibitted to sadhaks if you will eat it

then you shall age very fast.

If you are doing specific aushthans then it is imperative that you abstain from

Sex,Meats and alcohol. As the prana of these acts clashes with the prana of

specific anushthans.

You may eat the diet which suits your Varna once the anushthan is over.

Lastly Japas are not something which you just start off, there is a prescribed

diet and lifestyle to different kinds of japas.

I would request everbody here to be cautious with your words towards specific

energies and before commenting make an effort to understand why something is

done.

Blessings

Just out of curiosity, what did Shiva do with the meat, after skinning the

animals, which he used as a wraparound..............being of the three

worlds....do they eat meat in the third world or the lower......than human

world.............

The same question for Rama........when in exile, Sita saw a deer and wanted

the skin of the deer for a jacket.............Rama killed the deer just so

Sita could have the skin.........so what did they do with the

meat................any thoughts...................[without getting

defensive].

dear yahujatt ji,

om namah shivaya. i dont know if you regularly do meditation or puja.

rudrakshas are to be worn with respect and regard. lives of people have

changed who are wearing them. now coming to your question of resorting to

wine or meat., the shastras say you should abstain from these activities. to

be more clear i would like say here--

there are say, two roads which lead to the happiness. and one road is

smooth and the other rough and full of stones and ups/downs. which one would

u prefer? obviously, the smooth one, if i am right. thats it.. your idea is

to find the smooth areas on the rough road and reach to the happiness. fine.

go for it....

i would only say--- resort to achohol and meat once by wearing and the

other time by removing them. see the result. then decide yourself..

the LORD SHIVA is always with you. OM NAMAH SHIVAYA
