Dear Freinds

 

Found the Vishnu Gayatri that can be used as a Mantra Discipline with

the 19 Mukhi Lord Narayana Rudraska

 

AUM NAMO NARAYANA VIDMAHE

VASUDEVAYA DHIMAHI

TANNO VISHNU PRACHODAYAT

 

May we realize this Narayana ahe indwelling Being who is the Spirit

of All. May we Meditate upon your manifested Vishnu aspect and thus

become Illumined Ones
