Guest guest
Namaste: There is something in the little bumps in the beads that have something to do with transfering of the electromagnetic properties of the beads to us via the skin. So it is always going to be more advantageous to have the rudrakhsha touch as much skin surface as possible. On the other hand..a little is better than none at all. Who knows? You may find some creative ways to get through the summer comfortable and wear you mala to the greatest advantage. Do what you are able. Our clothes are lighter in the summer, that will help. Enjoy them and wear them as best as you can. Guest guest
I have this wonderful rudraksha necklace made by the Rudra Centre that I've been wearing daily underneath my clothes. The necklace is rather bulky and now that summer is here, my clothes aren't as lose and so the necklace is a little more obvious. Will the benefits diminish greatly if I were to wear it over my clothes so that only the beads around the neck are actually touching my skin?
