Parada ShivaLingam

Om Namah Shivay,

 

Looking for Parad Shivlingam to worship at home. Could anyone please

guide me on how to worship and how to install? What are the benefits?

 

Is there any strict rules to follow at home like not eating

onion/garlic etc.. Your help is appreciated.

 

I also wear one to fourteen faces bead garland regularly. May be now

Lord Shiva want to bless me by giving an opportunity to worship

Parada Lingam.

I have read somewhere that at Haridwar

one of the oldest temples in the town called daksha temple, a shiva

temple, and also there is a mercury shiva lingam temple, (famous for

the solidfied mercury shivlingam, said to be done by a saint through

his meditation)

 

Is anybody in this group visited this Parada Shivlingam at Haridwar?

Also Wonder how now a days one can solidify the mercury. Is it mixed

with Silver?

This temple is Situated in Harihar Ashram, Kankhal. The Parada

Shivling weighing about 150KG.

 

This is really a fortunate finding for me.
