Dear Vijayji

Thank you for your reference to urday.com My Friend

Yes these rituals can be used to tackle different diseases and sins of the

Mankind

Success at removeing disease by useing Mantras and Worship as a foundation seems

to be based on the individuals effort and the work they do to remove the disease

from themselves by their own work. Success in this comes in many different ways

and depends on a persons Dharma and Karma combined with the Spiritual Work the

individual performs in their Spiritual Practice

Sometimes success is measured in healing and continuing physical life and

sometimes success is measured in the process of physically dying and going on to

next phase in Life. This is as far as I have been able to follow this to date

however I hope to learn more after I take MahaSamadhi one day

Aum NamaSivaya Sivaya Nama Aum is taught in the Chennai area of India and may be

taught in other regions of India as well. One of the reasons this Holy Mantra is

chanted in this mirror image manner is because it enhances the power of the

Mantra by many times. Opening Omkara and Closeing Omkara also lock the power of

the Mantra.

Found an example in print that describes a style of Chanting

There are different styles of Chanting taught throughout India with one of the

most powerful called Ghanam.

Ghanam rendering reveals the technical supremacy of chanting of the Vedas and

enhances the power of the Shlokas multifold. A person who chants Ghanam is

called a Ghanapati and is considered as an Accomplished Expert. Is said that the

person who takes up chanting of the Vedas has to undergo 12 years of training

and practice.

There are various methods of recitation and each year the Chanting discipline

increases in intensity and power. If you imagine any sloka with say 5 letters (

1 2 3 4 5 ) the continuous recitation in sequence of these letters is the first

level and is know as Samhithai. Other levels are known as Padam, Kramam and

Jhadai

The recitation of three letters in this order is complicated and known a Ghanam

rendering

Hope this helps My Friend

Respected Sir

A site www.urday.com lists REMEDIES for various issues. Most interesting is the

reference to " being completely disease free" by performing certain Yagna's and

chanting or specific mantras ( above 10 lakh times).

My query is why cant these kind of rituals be used to tackle so many diseases

and

sins committed by man. for ex if AIDS is a big problem then is there no divine

ritual to remove the disease. The most common disease nowadays is DIABETES. can

it not be removed completely by chanting the mantras?

Please provide your inputs.

Om Namah Shivaya.

why do some people write " Om Namah Shivaya Shivaya Namah Om"

Dear Mitra

Thank you for placeing indicum and indium in perspective for me

Thank you also for the reminder regarding the Holy Basil

Dr David Frawleys book the Yoga of Herbs has impressive Knowledge regarding this

Sacred Plant

Next to Lotus BASIL is perhaps the most sacred plant of India. Its quality is

pure Sattva. Basil opens the heart and mind bestowing the energy of love and

devotion ( bhakti ). Sacred to Lord Visnu and Lord Krishna it strengthens faith,

compassion and clarity. Tulsi stems are worn as rosaries and promote the energy

of attachment. Basil gives the protection of the Divine by clearing the Aura and

Strengthening the immune system. It contains natural mercury which as the semen

of Shiva gives the seed power of pure awareness

A plant of Basil should be kept in every house for its purifying influence.

Basil absorbs positive ions, energizes negative ions and liberates ozone from

the Suns rays

Basil is an effective diaphoretic and febrifuge in most colds flus and lung

problems. It removes excess Kapha from the lungs and nasal passages increasing

Prana and promoting sensory acuity

Thanks for all your help My Friend

Re: Re: hello

Thank you again dear friend Dharmadev - while I have heard of the herbs you

reference, I am not in contact with sources for them other than Bazaar of

India Imports for Bala as you mention.

Also, I do not know if "Indicum" equates with "Indium", the rare, metallic

element I mentioned in my message several days ago.

I can share with you that some Ayurvedic herbs are known to be natural

sources of rare metals and precious elements. A well-known example of this

is Tulasi or Holy Basil, which is a source of natural (non-toxic)Mercury,

which is considered in the Vedas to be equal to the semen of Lord Shiva in

relation to its sheer vital energy and power.

Sorry could not be of more assistance with Atibala.

Kindly,

alan

Sir

Thank you so much for the information.

I came across a " Miracle" food suplement called " GANU" and the theraphy

is called ganotheraphy ( basically from a species of mushrooms). seems this

miracle drug can cure most of the diseases. Testimonials are from people who

got cured from diabetes- one which i read in "CHITRLEKHA" magazine talks about

the former director of BARC Dr Giridhar.

Any experiences within this group, please intimate.

Here's an interesting UK press release, on that.

Here's a link to a lot of research. Interesting! Looks like there are

some HIV studies.

BTW-- There's an herbal compound called Red Clover Combination, that

is available under a number of brand names. It's also very

detoxifying, and has been used successfully, by some poeple for

cancer.

Since the beads tend to even out the doshas, I would imagine they

would enhance any natural treatment.

Success in this comes in many different ways and depends on a persons

Dharma and Karma combined with the Spiritual Work the individual

performs in their Spiritual Practice
