Respected Sir

A site www.urday.com lists REMEDIES for various issues. Most interesting is the

reference to " being completely disease free" by performing certain Yagna's and

chanting or specific mantras ( above 10 lakh times).

My query is why cant these kind of rituals be used to tackle so many diseases

and

sins committed by man. for ex if AIDS is a big problem then is there no divine

ritual to remove the disease. The most common disease nowadays is DIABETES. can

it not be removed completely by chanting the mantras?

Please provide your inputs.

Om Namah Shivaya.

why do some people write " Om Namah Shivaya Shivaya Namah Om"

Re: Re: hello

Dear Mitra

Thank you for placeing indicum and indium in perspective for me

Thank you also for the reminder regarding the Holy Basil

Dr David Frawleys book the Yoga of Herbs has impressive Knowledge regarding this

Sacred Plant

Next to Lotus BASIL is perhaps the most sacred plant of India. Its quality is

pure Sattva. Basil opens the heart and mind bestowing the energy of love and

devotion ( bhakti ). Sacred to Lord Visnu and Lord Krishna it strengthens faith,

compassion and clarity. Tulsi stems are worn as rosaries and promote the energy

of attachment. Basil gives the protection of the Divine by clearing the Aura and

Strengthening the immune system. It contains natural mercury which as the semen

of Shiva gives the seed power of pure awareness

A plant of Basil should be kept in every house for its purifying influence.

Basil absorbs positive ions, energizes negative ions and liberates ozone from

the Suns rays

Basil is an effective diaphoretic and febrifuge in most colds flus and lung

problems. It removes excess Kapha from the lungs and nasal passages increasing

Prana and promoting sensory acuity

Thanks for all your help My Friend

Re: Re: hello

Thank you again dear friend Dharmadev - while I have heard of the herbs you

reference, I am not in contact with sources for them other than Bazaar of

India Imports for Bala as you mention.

Also, I do not know if "Indicum" equates with "Indium", the rare, metallic

element I mentioned in my message several days ago.

I can share with you that some Ayurvedic herbs are known to be natural

sources of rare metals and precious elements. A well-known example of this

is Tulasi or Holy Basil, which is a source of natural (non-toxic)Mercury,

which is considered in the Vedas to be equal to the semen of Lord Shiva in

relation to its sheer vital energy and power.

Sorry could not be of more assistance with Atibala.

Kindly,

alan
