Guest guest
Namaste: Have worked in field of Subtle Vibrational Healing for 20 years, of which rudraksha therapy can be considered a part of. Have found that physical complaints are symptomatic of subtler out of balance conditions within psyche..pertaining to emotions, personality, stress, even past life experiences. What specific rudraksha helps one person my not neccessarily bring relief to another. I would suggest if you want to use rudraksha to help you that you consider a free recommendation that either Dharma Dev Aryaji or myself could help you with. More information is on Rudra Center Website: www.rudraksha-ratna.com or you may contact either one of us by email privately: thunderheals shininglotus Take care, Kanti Kakini Devi Rudra Center Heartland Om Namah Shivaya
Guest guest
Try working on the meridian points that connect to the head, especially on the thumbs and big toes. Rotate the thumbs and big toes around and around in their sockets with enough force to really stretch them. Also, use as much pressure as you can muster, pressing and releasing up and down the sides of the big toes and the thumbs. Using a foot roller / massage ball with hard rubber spikes on the feet and palms of your hands really helps move the energy everywhere, including the head. Just wearing Rudraksha is probably not going to do the job alone, but with this other stuff, the Rudraksha will definitely support balance and expanded awareness... good luck, Alan >karisprowl <no_reply> > > > Re: Headaches >Tue, 21 Jan 2003 19:44:34 -0000 > >The others know more about than I do.
