These transmissions known as the Nyingthig Yabshi, or "Four Cycles of the Heart Essence" contain complete and detailed instructions on how to practice Trekcho ("breaking up resistance") and Togal ("jumping over"). Trekcho and Tsgal are the quintessential practices of Dzogchen Atiyoga. Kunzang Dechen Lingpa is a terton or "treasure revealer" of the Nyingmapa lineage. He personifies wisdom, compassion, spiritual power, integrity and playful delight in life.
