Guest guest
Know exactly what you mean. Was reading the Keys of Solomon and the Grimoires when I was in high school..indeed..why bother when you can meditate ?? I guess its a matter of understanding people or trying to understand people where they were at. One of the most profound things I heard Muktananda say once was "Honor others' ignorance"..what he was saying was in reference to a woman' s family who were giving her trouble for meditating. He said we need to realize that many people we come in contact with are living the Truth in the best way they can interpret and understand it and "don't know better".. Find that teaching comes back to me every now and again when I get annoyed with occultists doing such "high school" stuff. Guess the 15 mukhi is serving me well for it teaches detachment.. to move past my emotions and reactions...also found out if I wear it to the gym I can get thru these realy primo difficult workouts..cause it pushes me away from "tyranny of the body" :-) In a message dated 12/9/2002 10:33:44 PM Central Standard Time, kirk_bernhardt writes: > A woman code name Monocle who was Regardie's secretary did the Watchtower > ritual and had myself and my sister and two others over to watch it. Guest guest
Well, remember-- there are many paths to thew same goal. Some people NEED the ceremonial trappings to become one-pointed. Some people don't. And, there are tasks that one can often do better with a "come of power" (focused group energy). , thunderheals@a... wrote: > Know exactly what you mean. > Was reading the Keys of Solomon and the Grimoires when I was in high > school..indeed..why bother when you can meditate ?? > > I guess its a matter of understanding people or trying to understand people > where they were at. > > One of the most profound things I heard Muktananda say once was "Honor > others' ignorance"..what he was saying was in reference to a woman' s family > who were giving her trouble for meditating.
