Guest guest
A really nice lady named "Runa Chatterji" works for cyberastro. OK, I have a background in the Western Mysteries, so I had to ask-- "Are you Scandinavian, married to an Indian?" You see, the name "Runa" means "secret" or "mystery." It refers to a sacred alphabet, the Elder Futhark. The Futhark is based on a mathematical pattern. One may use it to write words, to communicate large and abstract concepts, or even to Initiate. There are also meditation and energy exercises, based on each letter. The Norse God, Odin (He's identified with the Greco-Roman Jupiter), crucified Himself on a tree, for nine days. When He came down, He had devised the Elder Futhark. She said that, no, she's all Indian. Her Dad just wanted her to have an unusual name, so he took the "a" off of "Aruna." And, she ended up with a North European sacred name. I sugested that maybe her Dad had been a Vitki (rune priest) in another incarnation. She thought that was funny! BTW-- She says she gets that question a LOT from Scandinavi
