HI.

Yes.. I wore 10 Punch mukhi malas at one time.

Was so unbelievably wonderful.. felt like I was covered in a warm blanket.

Was not overstimulating, nor did it leave me spaced out ..

Just a fantastic feeling of security and stability and being in total balance

:-)

Dear Janakiji

Namaskar and thank you for your message

Have not read the Akshamalika Upanishad so am not familiar with its contents

We do read the Siva Puran Padma Puran and Srimaddevibhagavat and there are many

mentions in these texts regarding the different values and merits of the Holy

Rudraksa

In these texts there are mentions of wearing more tham 1000 Rudraksa at a time

Much of this Knowledge is printed on website www.rudraksha-ratna.com

Always looking forward to hearing of new references for Rudraksa

Thanks and Take Care My Friend

Akshamalika Upanishad

Namaste,

I have been reading the Akshamalika Upanishad.

Am I right in understanding that it gives the description as given

by Brahma on the various kinds of Rudrakshas, their effects and the

purpose of the different numbers of beads worn (upto 50) as far as I

can make out)?

What is the "phalashruti" - the results of reading this everyday?

regards, Janaki
