Ok, eventually I'll post this Group's Link to some other places in hope that more ladies will join us here. You are right that folks in the city need Rudrakshas much more than country folks! Very succinct observation on a 'subtle' level. I used to own a string of 108 beads (don't know the wood it was made from). The person who gave it to me (bless her heart), was a 'disturbed personna'. Though the gift was treasured for the kind thought behind it, the beads were rubbed with a certain oil (not sandalwood) that repelled me terribly. Couldn't meditate with it at all. Whenever I smell that 'odor' off someone (which is seldom) or some object, it throws me off balance. One day, another person came along and liked the beads (smell and all) so I passed it on as it seemed the beads have found its 'true owner'. In answer to your question, I found this marvelous group thanks to DharmaDeva Arya who'd so kindly graced me with his Divine Darshan at "OzHindu", one of my 'webring' of 3 groups. (OzHindu is largely inactive at the moment. The founder keeps it running for a future purpose - possibly a spiritual retreat of some sort at his Sydney property. Later when it's "concrete", I'll post the news here, though it may take some months.)
