Dear Miss Kari

Thanks for this

Was reading Gems and Rudraksa by Anil Gupta and there is a section on Quartz

Rock Crystal known as Sphatik in Sanskrit

States

Quartz gems are popular among gem therapists because they produce

electrochemical balance in the body chemistry of the wearer removeing anxiety

and makeing one clam and concentrateing. Wearing a crystal mala ensures a sound

and undisturbed sleep

In Hindu Religion there is great importance of crystal. It is also believed that

Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati as Shakti live in this stone. Therefore the

statues are built after cutting and chiselling the crystal because there is no

need to animate its statues and is duly worthy to be worshipped

Have been wearing a rudraksa and sphatik crystal Mala in choker design when

sleeping and makes for a good nights rest

Thanks and Take Care

Beaded Sleep... (fwd)

Beaded Sleep...

.... and inner landscape change?

I have been wearing at least one bead since 10-20.

Since I was a kid, I've had a troubling recurring dream, on occasion. No

biggie, just an occasional and uncomfortable nuisance.

Even with two degrees in psych disciplines, I couldn't figure out what the

dream was trying to "resolve," or why it didn't go away, over so much time.

Usually, a recurring dream represents an issue that eventually "works itself

through."

However, I had it, again, last night. This time, it was comfortable and

pleasant, with a theme of "resolution." Maybe it won't come back? We'll see.

But, for the FIRST time,it was so peaceful and pleasant, that I was reluctant

to wake from it.

I also woke to a migraine headache (which I can disperse). Migraine is an

energy release.

Well, it's all about breaking up non-productive "energy loops,' isn't

it? Conflicts that cause recurrant dreams, and also ordinary bad

habits, chronic addictions, and even karma are all "energy loops." The

energies keep firing on established paths that weren't productive,

before.

It's all about getting those energies "unstuck," I think.

Whatever "energy loop" (subconscious concern) that was expressing

itself in that nuisance dream is probably getting "shaken loose" so it

can resolve itself.

The beads must heal very deeply-- to dislodge a loop that is decades

old. Of course, they heal karma, and those loops run back CENTURIES.

or more.

Hi.

I've noticed that different rudraksha seem to catalyze "work being done in my

sleep".

Different subtle healing modalities say that is a sign of stress and or

emotional unrest being healed.
