Guest guest
I just wore my (first and only-- so far) rudraksha bead, yesterday. I chose Saturday, because it's for a Rahu problem. I went to a bead store, and bought silver bead caps and head pins, because silver is so conductive. I chose to wear it in the hollow of my throat, because the throat chakra is not my best one. It seems a little less "responsive" to meditative exercises. I had read that the beads run a little "hot." That was certainly my experience. It was interesting, and not at all unpleaseant. The first day, the bead felt cool, but the nerve plexus felt hot. This is the second day, and I don't feel as much "heat." Maybe some energies are running more smoothly, today, or something "unblocked," hence the "heat reduction" today. Or, maybe I just got used to the "heat." You know, I'm sure, that in every area wherin the Indians identified a "chakra" there is a nerve plexus. The solar plexus (third chakra) is actually called "the abdominal brain."
