Dear Hiroji

Yes Malas do break at times for different reasons

The Rudraksa have not been damaged and is easy to fix the Malas strung on metal

When our Malas break we simply fix and keep on wearing

If you need advice on how to fix we can help with this also

Thanks and Take Care My Friend

Dear Hiroji:

If you look at a recent past posting that our Babaji sent there was all cause

for celebration over the fact that his mala broke !

Yes, celebration.

I was taught many years ago that a broken mala signifies a massive removal of

karma.

As we are in the midst of the Celebration of Navaratri we have just finished

the 3 days

of blessings from Maha Kali.

I have been told that these past 3 days are often a time when the Blessed

Goddess Durga especially removes our sins and sufferings.

So I would celebrate your new freedom that the breaking of the mala implies.

As Dharma Deva Aryaji shared with you..nothing bad has happened to rudrakasha

and

mala can be easily repaired.

You did nothing "wrong" to cause it to happen nor was there a mistake when

mala was strung. Don't even try and over analyze what She has removed from

you.

Just let it go joyfully.

My first mala was a wrist mala of 9 Goddess Durga beads and it broke in less

that a week after it first arrived.

Om Dum Durgayei Namaha
