Wanted to answer this a couple of days ago and could not find the

time so apologize for this as I have the information on this here

 

The Srimaddevibhagavat mentions the parts of the body to wear and

they are Sikha that is crown and hair, both wrists, neck, forehead,

both ears, chest, shoulders, Yajnopaveet the Sacred Thread, waist and

abdomen

 

The Siva Puran mentions Crown, Yajnopaveet, both ears, neck, forearm,

Karpoor dvara and dont know what this is exactly, both wrists, waist

region, forehead, and Heart that is chest

 

The Rudraksajabalopanisad mentions Sikha or Crown hair, forehead,

neck, forearms, Yajnopaveet, shoulders, kundal or ear ring, ear

ornament, wrists, waist and Crown

 

The Padarthaparsanirnayasindhu mentions about the same so from what

is says in the Holy Books a person can wear on wrists

 

If you go to www.rudraksha-ratna.com home page and click on

Meditation Dress you will see a picture of one of the Priests from

the Temple in Nagpur covered in Rudraksa according to what is written

in the Holy Books
