The Guru I studied with always had Malas for us to see. He had malas comined with Rudraksh and mercury in "Shiva Lingham" form. Along with numerous pictures of the Sages with them on. As yourself, if I am not mistaken, at Exhibition was wearing beautiful malas. I always have and always will protect beads under clothing. As with Mercury, always close to skin.
