Dear Dharma Deva Aryaji:

Source Text from Rudra Centre states about 15 Mukhi " The Impact on wearer's

mind by this bead is similar to that of 14 Mukhi like improving Intuitive,

Abstract and Lateral thinking in addition the wearer finds high energy levels

to put into action hist thoughts and ideas" (Rudraksha Ratna page 35)

Text also states that 15 mukhi therapeutically treats lymphatic throat area

system.

That tells me it would also have a direct connection with Vishuddha Chakra.

The Scripture, "Shat Chakra Nirupa" States that this is the dwelling place of

Lord SadaShiva and that this is the region where there is no impurity. Power

of Fearlesness is bestowed. This is the Gateway to Liberation for One who

desires the wealth of Yoga and whose sense are pure and controlled. He

becomes free of all disease and sorrow."

Although this is a description of the Vishuddha Chakra I don't feel it is a

stretch of the imagination to see this would gives us some insights as well

to 15 mukhi Rudrkasha and also parallels some of the qualities you have

described.

With 5 Mukhi Rudraksha being the dwelling place of the Guru and also Lord

Kalagni Rudra, we have access to that Graace bestowing power of God that

removes sin and suffering completely. So I don't feel that the power to

destroy totally the faults and vices of animal instincts is lacking in any

way here.

What I have noticed is as Jiva becomes more and more refined energetically

and freer from samskara over time, activities, behaviors, thoughts also

become less dense. Things like TV shows and Music. People one associates

with..can suddenly seems unappropriate and harmful to ones spiritual

progress. As one enters more into that dwelling place of Sada Shiva and

starts receiving the wealth of Yoga more in relative world, of the senses is

let go of.

Perhaps 15mukhi used with 5mukhi would help in this refining process.

But yes, I do feel after the Fire of Yoga is ignited and performs its perfect

owrk of transmutation then the senses themselves become sources of

transcedental bliss.

The Scripture, "The Shiva Sutras" states " Lokananda Samadhi Sukham"

The samadhi mentioned here is not one of deep meditation but one that arises

as continuous knowingness that the inner Divinity one expereicnes is

eventually mirrored back to one as a reflection of bliss in the outer world

(or what the senses

perceive.) The yogi who can penetrate beneath the surface and realize the

underlying bliss will always be full of the highest delight for his own Inner

Self. His own Inner Divinity is nothing but blissful consciousness.

In the same light the "Vijnanabhattaraka" states "One should regard the whole

world or his body as full of delight inherent in his Divine Self.

Simultaneously with this world view he will find himself full of the highest

delight which is simply due to the ambrosia and spiritual delight welling up

in his Self."

So, do we need a prescription or Rudraksha recommendation for this?

I don't know. Perhaps that recommendation is going to be different for

different people.

This presents to me another approach and that is..you conquer the lower

vices, the animal nature by tapping into That which gives everlasting joy and

bliss. I have heard repeatedly from many different members of this group that

many different rudrkshas lead to that bliss. IN fact I would be bold enought

to state that they all do.

Last week I created a gem and rudraksha mala that focused on 4 Mukhi Lord

Brahma and I used it as a head mala and the results were profound.

On the other hand, The sages tell us that the world is seductive and it is

difficult to rise above the pull of this instincts we were born with. I have

been a serious practioner since 1978, I don't have the answers, believe me.

But maybe tossing these insights up might trigger some more ideas and

realizations f or others.

Finally, I feel we should not over look the power of Mukhi 6 Lord Kartekeya,

which "saves us from worldly sorrows" and is very helpful for redirecting

problematic sexual over-stimulation.

Thanks Dharma Dev Aryaji for opening up this discusion further.
