Fortunately, only one bead separated from the mala and stayed within my t-shirt, not falling to the ground. Only 3 of the silver pieces fell on the floor. When I arrived home tonight I placed the Rudraksha necklace on the home alter. I am more than willing to restring the mala, but lack any experience. Would someone tell me if I should do this or should someone with skill in these matters do it? Being this is my first mala string break, I feel I need guidance in the proper method of restringing the Rudraksha along with advice on the strongest type of string material to use.
