Guest guest Posted April 27, 2006 Report Posted April 27, 2006 Hi, here is a good website- prapatti.com This has many Vaishnava stotras by various sources (mainly Sri Vaishnava acharayas) in Pdf format in various languages. IN terms of lord Narasimha... there is the narasimha Ashotara shata nama stotra/namavali (108 names) and various other prayers. This site has got a lot of hymns written by the Ahobilam branch of SriVaishnavism. Ahobilam is the land of Narasimha, so the acharayas of this Ahobilam math have naturaly composed many stotras on this form of the lord. have fun!! Quote
narayani Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 Another great place to look is in the Srimad Bhagavatam. Specifically, 7th canto chapter 9: Prahlad pacifies Lord Nrsimha with prayers. Look online at http://vedabase.net/sb/7/en. Vedabase is a great source of info. You can click on each verse and get the complete sanskrit, word-for-word, translation, and purport. Not only bhagavatam, but the bhagavad Gita, Caitanya caritamrta, Nectar of Devotion and others. Hope this helps:) Quote
