Guest guest
Dear Rihard Ji, I completely agree with you on this statement. I have seen sellers selling South sea pearls as natural pearls. While X ray proves that they are cultured pieces. Can you please tell us which places in the world still source the natural pieces? I have visited Hyderabad for the same. Many sellers confirmed that there pieces are real but i doubt it as i asked for an xray. It is interesting to note that these people who are selling pearls from years call cultured pearls as original pearls. The market of fakes is so big that even good sellers get duped sometimes. The Royal family of Jaipur posses many such treasures. I am trying to photograph these treasures. I will soon upload the photographs to this forum.
