Ruby? OR junk?? --- how about MY reference? - to Alok

Dear Sri Alok,

 

Namaste!!!

 

I checked your site. There were entire sections copied word for word

from my 1995 book. You should at least give reference to me as the

autor and researcher because it is copyrighted material that I wrote.

Don't copy from me and pretend to be an expert!

 

Also I checked your ruby prices, Here is an example of your description

and price as you give it...

 

Name : Ruby

origin: Burma

Clarity: Clean but Transculent

Inclusions:Zero

Treatment: Unheated natural stone

Luster: Blood Red

Cut: Oval

Size: 5.00 Carat

Price: 8500 Rs or 193 US$

 

---NOTE: A 5 carat 100% flawless ruby as you describe will cost, in

Bangkok, at wholesale loose gem at least $7,000 per carat x 5 carats =

US$35,000. and yet you are selling the same gem for total US$193!??

 

This is completely preposterous and outright fraud!!! If you see the

PGA rules you can see that you are not qualified to be a member because

your break the rule on clarity. Your $193 ruby is just total worthless

junk.

 

But you will be added to the PGA's "OFF-LIST" at

http://www.p-g-a.org/off-list.html as soon as possible... to warn the

public about such fraud and worthless harmful junk as your selling on

your web site.

 

Please give me recognition for my text that you copies. Thanks...

Dear Amit,

 

The offense is not in the price. The offense is in the bad quality and fraud

description.

If anyone sells Jyotish quality gems they are welcome to be member of the PGA.

hello again! well, i dont want to sound like big mouth...but what is

any of ur member starts selling low quality gems at high prices , as

the criteria to qualify for membership of PGA...like mr alok, nw

starts selling same ruby for the price u quoted...will he be ur

member then?

Does high prices always gurantee that gems are of superior quality?

So, i think there should be a proper investigation before putting

someone out just after seeing the prices...
