For you to find a Jyotish Quality EMERALD carved as a Ganesh would be very expensive and need to be made on special order. If you get a carving that is made from junk then what is the use? Your last one cracked because it wasn't good quality. I have carvers here in Bangkok who can carve, but the raw emerald will cost a fortune in the size you mention. If you were Birla or Dalmia then I could see you have the money needed for such an order.
