Namaste.

I have problems for which i would like to ask your advice.I am of

Gemini Lagna and Sagitarius Moon sign. Though I had easy life after

my 35th year,I had marital problems after my marriage and my wife

and myself are living separate since the last 11 years.I have a son

whom i love with all my heart, The situation was such that i could

not see him since the last 6 years.My date of birth is 20th July

1956 - 4.30 Am. Born at Parlakimudi- India. Lagna-Gemini.

Cancer2ndHouse- Sun&Mercury.Leo-3rdHouse-Jupiter.Scorpio6thHouse-

Saturn&Rahu, Sagitarius7thHouse-Moon Aquarius9thHouse-Mars-

Taurus12thHouse-Venus&Ketu.In my life I had gone through difficult

situations and overcame them by gods grace but where family hapiness

is concerned it remains a distant dream. I believe in the motto- As

you sow so you reap.So I have taken eveything in my stride.I have

found some peace through meditation and prayers. As i am into

gemmology I like to ask your advice for the best gem suited for me

for peace and health. I am already wearing a Diamond and a Emerald

ring in my right hand fingers and a pearl and a yellow sapphire in

my left hand fingers.I had gone through some books written by David

Frawley and a complete set of books on gems published by Sagar

Publications and Rajan Publications. Each have a different view on

the subject. Please advice.

The reason you are asking this is because since 2005 you have started

your long Rahu Mahadasha. For you Rahu is neetcha in the 6th with

Saturn. Some people say, "Shanivat rahu" --- Rahu is like Saturn. And

in the 6th house (enemies, debts), so your Rahu is not good... and

because you already started Rahu Mahadasha last year, so you are

feeling it is more unbearable than before 2005. The best remedy is

little known, but very potent, called Graha-ratna-arpana. In your case

you want to please Lord Rahu. The good way to do this is to obtain a

fine quality gomeda, have it set in silver pendant, hang the pendant on

a silver chain (or string) and donate to a leper on a shukla paksha

Saturday evening, and recite Om Ram rahave namah. Besides this you

should wear a big asta-mukhi Rudraksha starting on a Saturday.

As for gems, you mention wearing Diamond and Emerald and Pearl and

Yellow Sapphire.

Firstly, what is the quality of each gem? If the pearl Real OR

Cultured? I see you wear Jupiter's gem even he's in the 3rd house and a

functional malefic!?---it is not a very good choice! As for diamond,

Venus is very nice, but he's in the 12th (loss) and that is the reason

you lost wife - plus Venus is together with neetcha Ketu

(separation)... so why do you "increase the cause" of your loss by

wearing Diamond? For emerald YES, that is a good one for you to wear,

BUT, is your emerald any good?

I suggest you wear a good emerald, also wear an asta mukhi Rudraksha,

and also domate a gomeda pendant to a leper. Please don't wear the

other gems. This will improve your karma, but you must tolerate your

Rahu period karma for next 18 years, and when Jupiter period comes you

will have happiness in older age.

If you can sell your other gems and get a real good 2 carat emerald,

clean, that would be great. Also, if you can afford it please also wear

a 14 faced Rudraksha as well as the 8 mukhi.

We all have to be patient when karma is adverse... it is like the

seasons. Like you will have different experiences during this Rahu

dasha, as you pass through different sub-periods, and pratyantara

periods. For example when your Jupiter subperiod starts in May 2008

your life will get much more happy, etc.

its placement in the 12th house i may have lost(seperation) my wife. Since the

last few years I am wearing a Rudraksha mala consisting of 1mukhi(Moon shape)

to 12 mukhis. These I have collected from various sources ie.Haridwar, Nepal

and from an exhibition of Rudraksas of Rudralife. As you mentioned correctly ,

I am running through Rahu mahadasa and I was preparing for it since the last

two years by changing my life style and leading a Sattvic life style. I have

pains in all my fingers below the wrist since the just before the start of the

Rahu dasa. After various tests and checkups the doctors were not fully

convinced of the cause. Earlier some said it is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, others

said it is a Spinal Problem. After an MRI scan and other tests they were not

sure. I stopped visting the doctors and started excercising the fingers and i

got some relief and can use my fingers completely but the pain is still there.

I am working in Dubai-UAE at the moment so I cannot fulfill the

condition of donating a gomedha to a leper. Is it possible for me to fulfill

this condition through somebody from my family in India.Another thing is after

the start of my Rahu Mahadasa things started improving in my Job front but

physically I am more tired and exhausted. I will try to follow your advice and

wear a good quality Emerald. I must thank you again for taking your time to

answer me. Anymore advice from your side will be welcome and humbly accepted.
