Dear Richard sir,

how do you feel about the practice of cutting the rudra mani, the

most sacred and loved alankar of bhagwan maha rudra? the beads are

called the tears of shiva which take away the suffering of

mankind...i am shocked how many talk about cutting the bead only to

test its authenticity? then what happens to the cut pieces in case

the bead happens to be original? are they again pasted and worn? what

about the material loss of the owner? and most importantly, isn't it

a spiritual crime to cut a genuine bead? the scriptures are full of

refernces of curses given by gods and the suffering of the person who

had to be bear them..you, i believe, are well aware of the term

yogbrasht rishis...how the most revered of the saints have to bear

suffering because they erred in some way or the other in following

the sanatan dharma...your valuable take pls..with best regards>>aadi
