this idol which was showned in the opening page is in the temple

which was constructed by the CHOLA emperoer sri sri Rajaraja cholan

inhis capital town tanjore. opposite to this diety there is another

big one -- his vaahana nandidevar also in a very big in size. Believe

it is the only place where the nandy {vaahana} which is offered the

abishekam of pepper powder {devottes belief---with which the

nandeeshwara will bring moreand heavy rains} no doubt its fact.
