dear shiv bhakt anju

om namo bhagawate rudraya

according to shivapuran, the two mukh rudraksha bestows all things

to the native and fulfill all the desires of the native who wears it.

here also, most of the two mukh rudraksha available in the market

are only substitutes.

the original nepalese round two mukh rudraksha is as rare as round

nepalese ek mukh rudraksha. this nepalese round two mukh rudraksha

costs around rupees ten thousand and above. even at this price, it

is rarely available or seen.

there is a himalayan round two mukh rudraksha which is also genuine

and costs up to rupees five hundred depending on quality but its

shape is 90% round and 10% oval.

the most sold and used two mukh rudraksha by everyone is flat and

very wide in shape and costs from rupees ten to rupees fifty

depending on its quality.

however, botanical scientists found that this flat and very wide

shaped two mukh rudraksha as well as the kaaju type ek mukh

rudraksha are botanically different from the original rudraksha

trees of any mukh found in nepal.

notwithstanding the above, due to the rarity of availability of

round ek mukhi and round two mukhi, kaaju ek mukhi and flat/wide two

mukhi have become inexpensive substitutes.

in praise of lord shiva and with best wishes
