Guest guest
A few years ago I was somehow blessed to obtain a Sri Rudraksha mala known as 'Siddha Mala". This mala from Nepal was offered with Rudrabhishek, Pranapratishta by main priest in my name at Shri Pashupatinath Mandir in Nepal. Mala was offered to Aghora Face of Lord Pashupati Nath Lingam. The energy of these rudraksha beads of this mala is so powerful, I am not able to wear it for long time comfortably. After some time I took mala apart to wear beads separately, but also this seems too strong. I think this must be because Pooja was very powerful and was offered to Aghora Shiva? Can someone tell me more about this aspect of Lord Shiva? Now I wish to assemble mala and wear instead for brief meditation. I also desire to obtain small panchamukha pashupatinath linga and do some daily pooja, also to worship my mala as prasad. Is there a required minimum standard for householder worship of Panchamukha linga? I was told that offering incense and sweet daily is enough, but I need to be sure as I dont want to commit aparadh. Om Namah Shivaya Thanks, Ole

Guest guest
Namaskar Thank you very much for the input. Are there any holy books of Agama tradition which explain the rules and regulations of worship of this Linga? , balaji swaminathan <balag_vasi wrote: > > om mahakaalaaya namaha, > w.r.t to panchamuga shivalinga pooja there is no need to keep big food items as neivedhyam. shiva will accept whatever we have, but as apure devotee, that too if we r a brahmin, we ought to be very careful abt being pure.atleast one time abhisheka per day for panchamuga linga is a must, though four times is normal and same purity is needed for wearing rudraksham. > Sources say that we need not even remove rudraksham, during our sanitary works, except for one time (u all know what time is that). If it is not possible, we can make a maalaa and attach the rudraksham to that and wear it to lord shiva. > Any conflicts,. pls reply > JAI SHIVA SHANKAR > > > > > > Jiyo cricket on India cricket > Messenger Mobile Stay in touch with your buddies all the time. >
Guest guest
Namaste Alstrup, It is not advisable to deliberately cut a mala that has been used for Japa, and especially one that has been blessed in the way you describe. And EVERY Shivalinga is Pancamukhi at heart!
