Guest guest
mancarried the dog home, cared for its wounds, gave it food and water and awarm bed. Even with all of this, the dog continued to snarl and growlevery time the young man approached. But the young man did not give up.Weeks went by and the man continued caring for the puppy. Then one day, asthe young man approached, the dog wagged its tail. Consistent love andkindness had won and a lifelong friendship of loyalty and trust began.By Alice GrayI think this is a great parable for life because so many times we encountera tough obstacle and rather than stay in the race and achieve the goal athand, we give up only inches from reaching the finish line. God neverpromised we would stroll through life problem free, but He did promise Hewould always be with us and give us the ability to overcome every obstacle.I want to encourage you to never give up on anything no matter how hopelessit may look to your natural eyes. Whether you are praying for your lovedones to come to know the Lord or you are in need of a breakthrough whetherphysical or financial, stay steadfast and unmoved in your faith, believingGod for every need to be met for He is the God of the impossible.
