Guest guest
Could someone in this group tell me on what tithi does Siv-Ratri fall on. Some say Trayodashi and some say Chaturdasi. What is it? My calender marks Sunday as Chaturdasi and indicates Shiv-Ratri, while this post mentions Trayodashi. Guest guest
Dear Rajagopalan ji, Thank you for your clarification. A lot of people over here in Gujarati community atleast seem to be then confusing between maha- maha pradosh and shivRatri. When I read Siva-Purana I saw mention of Chaturdasi for Siva-Ratri, but mom and some text, including an article posted here mention Trayodashi to be Siva-Ratri. Now doubts have been cleared.
