Shanti Mudra

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Madhyam

(Middle) fingers tip shall be brought on to the finger nail of Tarjani (Index

Finger). Rest of all fingers shall be held straight apart.

 

It balances prana that is the excess energy is grounded, which is generated more

than adequate during meditation. Thus keeping the mind stable, cool and sturdy.

This is a healing Mudra.

 

19.

VARUN MUDRA

 

Tip of Kanistha (Little Finger) shall be touched with tip of the Angustha

(Thumb) while rest of the figers stands right apart.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It regulates the water content in the body and keeps it at its optimum level;

Controls dehydration of the body;

Enhances the charm and beauty ; and

Reduces dryness of the skin.

 

20.

SURABHI MUDRA

 

Tip of Kanistha (Little Finger) of one hand shall be in touch with Tip of

Anamika (Ring Finger) of the other hand and vice versa. Tip of Tarjani (Index

Finger) of one hand shall be in touch with Tip of

Madhyam (Middle Finger) and vice versa. Both Angusthas (Thumbs) shall be let free.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brightens the intellectual level

Rheumatic inflations are controlled.
