Guest guest
Namaste all. _/\_ A few sweet Sanskrit shlokas often heard melodiously recited by Jagadguru Sri Rama Kripaluji Maharaj in prayers: bharjanaM bhava bIjAnAm arjanaM sukha sampadAm tarjanaM yamadUtAnAM rAmarAmeti garjanam The loud chanting of the holy names of Lord Rama provides unique benefits such as destroying in total the seeds of sorrowful material existence, frightening the messengers of Death and accumulating the pleasures of peace and transcendental joy! ArAmaH kalpavRkSANAM virAmaH sakalApadAm abhirAmas trilokAnAM rAmaH zrImAn sa naH prabhuH Our Beloved Hero and the Lord is Prince Sri Ramacandra Who is like a celestial garden of wish-yielding trees, Who is like an everlasting end to all kinds of calamities, and Whose suprem beauty enchants all the three worlds! dhAyed AjAnubAhuM dhRta-zaradhanuSaM baddha-padmAsanasthaM pItaM vAsovasAnaM nava-kamala-dala spardhi netraM prasannam vAmAGkArUDha-sItA-mukha-kamala milallocanaM nIradAbhaM nAnAlaGkAra-dIptaM dadhatam urujaTA-maNDalaM rAma-candram (Sri Rama Raksha Stotram - Budha Kausika Muni) Let us lovingly contemplate upon the Moon-like Lord, Sri Rama with long strong arms holding bow and arrows, majestically seated in His lotus-posture wearing elegant bright yellow garments! His complexion is charming as the dark rainy-cloud, His jewelled ornaments are spreading pleasant Divine glow, lovely locks of braids are covering the top of His head! His benevolent eyes resembling the beautiful lotus-petals are naturally ever united with the lotus-face of His Consort, Sita devi Who is gracefully adorning His lap on leftside!
