Guest guest
floor. The next morning I took part of my newspaper to roll up into balls and to stick into the shoes. (This is a standard treatment for soaked shoes.) But it was unnecessary - The shoes were totally dry, with NO sign of ever having been wet. When my host telephoned to arrange to collect me so he could buy me another pair of shoes I told him it was totally unnecessary. (Later I was told that the "warmth," the Bhava, of the Bhajan followed me back to the hotel and dried my shoes and made them like new.) A second story - I was in contact with a devotee of the "Living Yogi," Sri Sri Shivabalayogi Maharaj to buy a copy of a book about Him that she had and is out of print. This was a Friday. I intended to put the money in the mail on Saturday but forgot to do so immediately, going to have my car inspected. The line was SO long that by the time I was finished, the Post Office was closed and the only Saturday pick-up completed. At 2:00 PM I put the envelope in my curbside mailbox, figuring my mailman would take it, which he did. Remember, there was no further Saturday pick-up and none on Sunday. I e-mailed the devotee what happened and told her to expect the payment by week's end. (Note: I was in New Jersey and she in rural Virginia 30 miles from the nearest Post Office.) Monday morning, first thing, she e-mailed me that the payment had already arrived in her mail delivery. There is no way to explain how this envelope could travel 300 miles over a weekend. The world is filled with wonders, yet we are blind to see them. If only people would open their eyes! P E Miller texasauditor <texasauditor > wrote: Om Namah Shivaya!
