Guest guest
Hi All, Recently someone raised a question about fertility and chanting "OM". I also want to know if there is any connection between the two and also is there any mantra or practice avaibale for improving male fertility. Om namah shivaya, Divakar. I could suggest a few things from a physical perspective....if you havent done these allready, forgive me if you have... accept vegetarian diet, ignore "vedic" injunctions to not consume onions and hot peppers, they are good for you, dont ride bicycle to much, dont smoke cigarettes or use tobacco, if you by chance are a little overweight this will hinder male fertility because it increases female hormones so lose weight, these things should help with both frequency of abillity to be active and also should increase sperm count
Guest guest
Please accept adiyen's pranams! NO there is side effects when chanting the maha mantra OM Do a Purusha Shookta homa at Santhana Gopal temple and the prasadam ghee should be consumed by both the people. The other one is to do Uma Gauri Shankara pooja at Pradhosha time, the prasad should be consumed right there. Do not smoke if you do, Do not eat non-vegetarian food if you are, Do not fantasize about opposite sex. Excersise self control in your thoughts. SubhamDinamAstu! SarvamSriKrishnaArpanamastu!
