I would like to know the various shiva sadhanas/upasanas which a grihastha can do. Please enlighten me on that. Also people say that Om in Om Namah Shivaya decreases fertility. Is it true? And they recommend just NAMAH SHIVAYA. Please give me ur opinion. All the best for ur group.
